NoteSync is a small application that records notes and synchronizes them with Google Documents. Because it runs on Adobe Air, Note Sync is a multi platform application, so it can be installed on any of Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux operating systems. Installing NoteSync will also install Adobe Air on the host computer, if you don't have it yet.
At the first launch, the application requires Google account credentials. Once you've logged, the program creates a "NoteSync" folder in Google Documents, and starts to synchronize the notes. Adding a new note is simple: type a title in the upper field and press the + button. The same field allows you to search for a specific word in the notes.
Notes can be sorted by the date when they were last modified or in alphabetical order. Synchronization with Google Documents is done automatically once per minute. There is also an opportunity to synchronize them manually. Connection with Google Documents works both ways: modifying a note in online documents will also change it in NoteSync. The program offers a very good security level. Connection with Google is made via HTTPS, and the local saved files are encrypted.
NoteSync developers plan to further extend the usage of the application, by bringing it to the most popular mobile platforms.
